Notes:  One year ago tomorrow (May 12) was my first Foundations class with Seamus.  I know that I have come a long way in 1 year, but seriously, I still have a long way to go.  Let’s hope the 2nd year reaps even more benefits than the 1st!  Here are a few things that come to mind – things I can do now RX that I couldn’t do in the beginning: box jumps, KB swings, and…well…ok, maybe that is a short list, but it’s something.  🙂
