W/U: group sprints, lat stretches, inverted L sit
WOD: 6 Back Lever Holds
“Chelsea”
5 Pull-ups – scaled 4 @ black/red bands
10 Push-ups – scaled 2 strict
15 Squats – scaled 8
1 Round on the minute for 30 minutes.
total = 26 rounds
Notes: 4 horrible palm rips in round 26, so had to stop.
