Fall Paleo Challenge Round 3 (Oct-Nov 2010) Data:

Week 0: weight = 140.2

Week 1: weight =138.8

Week 2: weight =139.2 (added in dried currants this week for a sweet shot)

Week 3: weight =

Week 4: weight = 

Notes:  baseline WOD = 140# BS, 2 min @ (12#) WB = 50, (55#) PP = 26, (1pd) KB = 49, (20″) BJ = 35.  Focus: portion control, reduce nuts/nutbutter, increase veggie carbs, incease sleep, lighten up already!

Summer Paleo Challenge Round 2 (Jul-Aug 2010) Data:

Week 0: weight = 146.0

Week 1: weight = 141.6

Week 2: weight = 141.4

Week 3: weight = 142.0

Week 4: weight = 142.8

Notes:  too much meats & fats volume; need to control portions better, reduce nuts/nutbutter

World Series of Paleo Challenge Round 1 (Jan-Feb 2010) Data:

Week 0:  weight = 139.8, lean mass = 73.5%, fat mass = 26.5%

Week 1: weight = 135.4

Week 2: weight = 137.4

Week 3: weight = 136.6

Week 4: weight = 140.6 (introduced sweet potatoes post WOD this week)

Week 5: weight = 136.9, lean mass = 74.6%, fat mass = 25.4%

Notes: the body shock from dairy elimination threw me for a big loop, was dizzy and weak in WODs for most of this challenge
