WOD: Split Snatch

For Time:
150 Walking Lunges
Sprint 800 Meters
100 squats

time = 14:22 RX+

Notes: due to horrible counting, actually did 190 lunges.  ugh!

W/U: group, 2x (30 sec ITB stretch, 5 dips, 10 thrusters, 30 sec thorasic stretch)

WOD: For time:
50 Walking lunges
20 Clean and jerk, 135/95 lbs (scaled to 55#)
30 Ring dips (blue band)
25 Thrusters, 45/35 lbs
30 Toes-to-Bar (scaled to KTE)
30 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood (scaled to 30#)
75 Double Unders
