WOD #199 – 9 July 2010

W/U: 5 min DUs, 3x(10 good mornings, 10 squats, 10 V sits)

WOD: 5 Rounds
15 Jumping Squats (95/65) – scaled to 35#
15 Clapping Push-ups – scaled to knees
15 KB Swings (2/1.5) – scaled to 1 pood
Rest 2 Minutes

time = 26:42

Notes: One hot mess.  Probably could have gone heavier on the jumping squats, but I already got bruises as it was.

WOD #82 – 30 November 2009

W/U: 3x (5 neg pull ups, 20 sec head stand, 5 neg ring dips, 10 OHS, 10 sit ups)

WOD: AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
1 round of 3 Power Cleans, 185/115 lbs (scaled 63#), then
3 rounds of “Cindy’s Got Gas” (5 C2B pull ups, 10 clapping push ups, 15 jumping air squats)

rnds = 1.75

notes: I totally screwed this up and, had I done it correctly, should have at least gotten to 2 rnds

WOD #35 – 26 August 2009

W/U: 3x (75 single unders, 10 med ball clean, 10 ring dips, walking lunges)

WOD: 4 Rounds for time:
20 Dumbbell Power Snatch, 10 each arm, 45/30 lbs (scaled to 20# each)
10 Slapping Push-ups (knees)

time = 8:02
