WOD #333 – 15 March 2011

W/U: 3 rnds, 1 min ea (HSH, rock slide, ring V-out), mobility, stretch

WOD: “Tabata Something Else”
8 Rounds each of
Pull-ups = 50 banded
Push-ups = 48 knees
Sit-ups = 85
Squats = 117

total = 300

WOD #193 – 29 June 2010

W/U: group sprints, dynamic stretches, 2x(2 push, 2 pull, 2 sit, 2 squat)

WOD: Tabata Something Else
8 intervals Pull Ups = 42 – black/red bands
8 intervals Push Ups = 31 – strict but wormy
8 intervals Sit Ups = 78
8 intervals Squats = 118 
Total = 269

Notes: Compared to 26 January 2010 Total = 262 with green band pull ups and push ups with 35# plates on knees.  So, pretty happy with this progression.

WOD #116 – 26 January 2010

W/U: group, dynamic stretch

WOD: “Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are Pull-ups, the second 8 are Push-ups, the third 8 intervals are Sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are Squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Pull ups (green band) = 45
Push ups (knees + 35# plates) = 40 
Sit ups = 77
Squats = 100
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are Pull-ups, the second 8 are Push-ups, the third 8 intervals are Sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are Squats. There is no rest between exercises.

total reps = 262

Complete 32 intervals of

  • 8 intervals of pull-ups (24, green)
  • 8 intervals of push-ups (43, knees)
  • 8 intervals of sit-ups (64)
  • 8 intervals of squats (102)

toal reps = 233
