W/U: 10 min @ 1 min (4 thrusters [15# bar], 4 V-sit, 4 push ups)

20 45/90 knee passovers, 3 underdogs, hamstring stretch, 20 10# med ball obliques

WOD: 15 min @ 1 min
3/3 Bulgarian split squats (w/ 15# DBs)
3 KTP
