W/U: 3x(10 SPT/OHS, 10 pullups [blue/orange])

WOD1: 15 min @ 1 min
3 ring dips (purple)
10 BW back extensions (w/ 5# plate)

WOD2: Tabata
Push ups (knees) = 34
Sit ups = 79

total = 113

3 underdogs, 20 45/90 knee passovers, hamstring stretch
