WOD #282 – 9 December 2010 – Recovery 22

W/U: 3/3 underdogs, 20 45/90 knee passovers, 3x(10 hang squat snatch, 10 pull ups [blue], lat stretch)

WOD1: 10 min @ 1 min
3 pull ups (blue) (rnds 1-3 @ 3 reps, rnds 4-10 @ 2 reps)
10 squats

WOD2: 4 rnds
Max ring dips (orange/red)
Max KB (1 pood)

Notes: Scaled to 5 dips, 10 swings each round.  First WOD back at 1 pood.  Arms/shoulders very tired before/during/after.
