WOD #277 – 1 December 2010 – Recovery 17

W/U: 500m row, 10 min @ 1 min (3 OHS/SPT, 3 V-sit, 3 push ups), split jerk drills w/ PVC

WOD: 15 min @ 1 min
3 strict pull ups (blue/orange bands)
10 squats

3/3 x 30 sec underdogs, 20 45/90 knee passover, 20 10# med ball obliques, hamstring stretch.
