WOD #275 – 29 November 2010 – Recovery 15

W/U: 2x(6×20 sec underdogs, 45/90 knee passovers, 10# med ball obliques, 10 PVC OHS)

WOD: 15 min @ 1 min:
5 x 35# OHS
5 x 35# Press

Notes: Rnds 1-5 (5 reps ea), rnds 6-15 (4 reps ea).  Right shoulder blade pop-out in rnd 14, remaining OHS reps done individually.  Rnd 15 all OHS reps done individually.  Hamstring stretech.
