WOD #274 – 24 November 2010 – Recovery 14

W/U: 500m row, 10 min @ 1 min: 2 PVC squat snatch, 3 V sit, 3 ring dips (red/orange bands)

WOD: 15 min @ 1 min: 4/4 each leg 5# Bulgarian split squats, 4 toes to bar (knees to pits)

reps: rnds 1-5 (4/4, 4), rnds 6-15 (3/3, 3)

hamstring stretch

Notes: All felt fine.  Actually an improvement to get knees to pits!  Hamstrings are spicy.
