WOD #273 – 22 November 2010 – Recovery 13

W/U: 300m row, 3x (10 OHS/SPT, 10 20# KB swing, 10 15# good mornings)

WOD: 15 min @ 1 min: 5x 75# DL, 3 strict push ups

Notes:  Happy to increase DL weight and maintain push ups unbroken.
