WOD #271 – 18 November – Recovery 11

W/U: PVC drills, stretching

WOD: 
Part 1: 15 min @ 1 min: 3 ring dips (red/orange bands), 10 back extensions 

Part 2: 10 min @ 1 min: 3x 35# OHS, 3x 35# press

hamstring stretch

Notes:  Happy to try new moves today – back extensions and OHS.  All felt fine.  The lower back muscles got a work out and I felt it, but no pain in the spine.
