WOD #270 – 17 November – Recovery 10

W/U: 200m row, Recon Ron push ups (4-3-2-2-2) with 10 BW squats between sets

WOD: 15 min @ 1 min: 3 strict pull ups (blue/orange bands), 10 BW squats

pull ups: rnds 1-10 forward grip, rnds 11-15 forward/reverse grip combo

hamstring stretch

Notes:  All felt fine.
