WOD #266 – 10 November 2010 – Recovery 6

W/U: 400m row, AMRAP 12 min (3 ring dips [red/orange bands], 4 OHS [PVC], 5 sit ups)

WOD: 15 min @ 1 min: 5x 45# DL, 5 strict pull ups (blue/orange bands)

pull ups: rnds 1-5 (5), rnds 6-7 (4), rnds 8-15 (3)

Hamstring stretch

Notes: Pull ups go to failure pretty quickly.  No pain.
