W/U: 3x (10 15# BD DL, 10 BW squats, 10 ring row), 1 min hamstring stretch

WOD: DB PP 3-3-3-3
20-25(2)-20-20-20

A1. knee push ups 5-5-5…40
A2. sit ups 5-5-5…40
B. BW Bulgarian split squats 5-5-5 each leg

Notes: All felt fine.
