WOD #264 – 4 November 2010 – Recovery 4

W/U: AMRAP 12 min (1 min bike, 10 BW squats, 10 10# DB press, 10 15# DB DL)

WOD: AMRAP 15 min: 8 lunges, 8 15# DB PP, 8 hanging leg raise

9 rnds @ 15:25 (forgot to use the timer on my watch)

Notes:  All felt fine.
