WOD #263 – 3 November – Recovery 3

W/U: childs pose, down dog, seated bent knee twists w/ med ball, leg raise (core work), Underdogs

WOD: 20 min @ 1 min: 1 strict pull up (blue band), 4 BW squats

Notes: Depressing that what little arm strength I had is nearly depleted.  All felt fine.
