WOD #262 – 1 November 2010 – Recovery 2

W/U: 5 min bike, 5 min Underdogs, 20 seated bent knee twists, 15 min @ 1 min: 1x 45# DL

WOD: 15 min @ 1 min: 3x BW squats, 3x knee push ups

Stretch: 2x 30 sec hamstring

Notes: Movember.  Love this month.  All these 70’s porn stars auditioning at the box with their moustaches and shirtless WODs.
