WOD #261 – 28 October 2010 – Recovery 1

W/U: 5 min bike, 15 min @ 1 min: 1x 45# DL

WOD: 15 min @ 1 min: 2x BW squats, 2x knee push ups

Stretch: 2x 30 sec hamstring

Notes:  First day back at the box after L3/L4 pop out, and nervous.  Right on in with the DL was the correct move psychologically.  All felt good.
