W/U: 2 clean shrugs, 2 clean scarecrows, foam roll

WOD: Clean – scaled to Power Snatch @ 35#
2-2-2 (60% 1RM)
2-2-2 (90% 1RM)

4 Rounds:
3 Squat Cleans (BW) – scaled to power snatch @ 35#
5 HSPU – scaled to push ups
7 CTB Pull Ups – banded

time = 6:40

Notes: dropped bar on right leg – huge contusion.  heavily scaled WOD.
