W/U: 1 min drills, flex arm hang, DUs, ring dip negs

WOD: “Running Annie”
50 Double-unders – scaled to 25
50 Sit-ups
400m Run
40 Double Unders – scaled to 20
40 Sit-ups
400m Run
30 Double Unders – scaled to 15
30 Sit-ups
400m Run
20 Double Unders – scaled to 10
20 Sit-ups
400m Run
10 Double Unders – scaled to 5
10 Sit-ups

time = 20:05

Notes: scaled DUs to half RX and was able to get close to 20 mins.  DUs are a bane.
