WOD #197 – 6 July 2010

W/U: group sprints, dynamic stretches

WOD: “Kelly”
5 Rounds
Run 400 meters
30 box jump, 24/20 inch box – scaled to 4×45# + 1×10# plates
30 Wall ball shots, 20/12 pound ball

time = 27:52

Notes: First time using added 10# plate in the stack of 45#s.  Not wobbly at all, so was glad to get this new height down.
