WOD #185 – 15 June 2010

W/U: 1000m row

WOD: Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

time = 17:40, DB progression 15-20-25-30-35

Notes: two warm up rounds with 10# and 15#; glad I challenged myself to the 30# and 35#; had to take breaks between final 35# PPs.
