WOD: CrossFit Total = 385

Back  Squat: 5×65, 3×95, 115, 135, 145 (not deep enough), 145 (not deep enough)

Shoulder Press: 5×35, 55, 65

Deadlift: 5×105, 3×135, 165, 185(PR)

Notes: previous CFT = 345; 5# up for BS and SP; 30# up for DL.  Day 2 Goat work.
