The more I CrossFit, the less I suck.Why this blog?
I started this blog so that I could have one database for all my OCD data related to CrossFit (exercise) and Paleo (diet). I am about to start a 5 week Paleo challenge (on 10 Jan 2010) with some fellow cult buddies from Potomac CrossFit (PCF), and I need to start tracking my diet and exercise to see if there is a correlation.
